Course Description

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become increasingly important in the modern world, with many industries using it to streamline processes and decision-making. This course will allow you to gain a solid understanding of AI and its capabilities, as well as how it can be used in various business and organizational settings.

This course is aimed at a wide range of learners; for example, non-technical professionals who wish to build and demonstrate an understanding of Artificial Intelligence, facilitating engagement with their technical colleagues or their suppliers, or learners who wish to add general technical knowledge to sector-specific or general studies.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Understand the fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence
  • Describe the usage scenarios of AI in organisational settings
  • Discuss the potential and adaption challenges of AI in the workplace

What is the exam like for this course?

Exams are taken online and are 45 minutes in duration. There are 32-39 questions with a pass mark of 75%.

Do I need specific hardware or software?

You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11) or MacOS (the most recent version is Sonoma).
