Does the course have prerequisites?
This is an expert level course. Before taking this course, you should have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This can be evidenced by certification as an intermediate user of Microsoft Excel. If you feel you need to learn some of the fundamentals first, you may want to consider our Microsoft Excel course before this course.
Does this course have tutor support?
Yes, this course is supported by an online tutor who you will have access to during the course.
What is the exam like on this course?
The Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Expert 2019 (MO-201) is conducted online and you have 50 minutes in which to complete the exam. You cannot use study materials during the exam. Your results will be available to you on the day of the exam.
Do I need specific hardware or software?
You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11).
No specific software is required for this course. You will be provided with an Office 365 license for access to Microsoft Excel.
