Does the course have prerequisites?
It is recommended that you have a good grasp of network fundamentals and Cisco equipment before undertaking this course. It is also suggested that you have completed either or both the CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ courses.

What is the exam like on this course?
The Cisco Certified Network Associate (200-301 CCNA) exam is conducted online and lasts for a total of two hours.
Do I need specific hardware or software?
You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11) or MacOS (the most recent version is Sonoma).
This course uses the Packet Tracer V7 software. You will be given instructions on how to download and install this free software at the beginning of the course.
