Course Description
The APM PMQ (APM Project Management Qualification) is a widely recognized qualification in project management that provides learners with an advanced understanding of projects, including how project management elements interact and how projects fit into the wider strategic and commercial environment.
This course is ideally suited to learners who currently work in a project management environment and want to learn the skills needed to transition to a leadership role within project teams.
